vegan mi ‘ayam’ or

mi ayam is one amongst my favorite meals. since i went vegan, although i must say that largely i ate plantbased meals nevertheless i’m not 100% vegan, i tried to steer clear of any of my non veg favorite meals. one amongst them is that this. making the hen is straightforward, the hardest half is discovering subs for bakmi. so i exploit bihun for it, lol. i must say, shut ample.

Mushroom and ‘Hen’
50gr proteina.sarivita MK
50gr champignon, sliced
three cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs sweet soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs coconut oil
1/4 tsp ginger powder
half of tsp ngo hiong powder (chinese language language 5 spice)
salt and pepper, to model
water, not an extreme quantity of, modify to your liking.

Vegetable broth
500ml water
2 tsp white pepper
2 tbs mushroom stock powder

for the ‘hen’, combine all substances in addition to coconut oil and garlic, whisk it.
