TWO SERVE CARROT CAKE

OK! ngl that’s the excellent carrot cake iโ€™ve ever made! mom-approved, pal accepted. great moist and the frosting๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค

i made it for my mumโ€™s birthday, which is tomorrow โœจ

INGREDIENTS:

CAKE
– 90gr quaker oats flip to flour
– 1 mashed banana (113gr)
– 100ml plantbased mylk
– 1 grated carrots (70gr)
– 1 tsp cinnamon powder
– half of tsp ginger flooring
– 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
– 1tbsp sweetener (mine date syrup)
– 2tsp baking powder
– dash of salt
– olive oil
– elective a handful of chopped walnuts or any nut you need

FROSTING
– 100gr tofu
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 16gr sunflower seeds
– 2-Three tbsp plantbased milk

STEPS
– preheat oven 180C
– mix all cake parts collectively
– brush your ramekin or oven protected bowl with oil
– pour the cake batter
– bake for 25 minutes

whereas it bake make the frosting by combine altogether till clear.
unfold it throughout the cake (when itโ€™s chilled)
add your toppings of different, mine anothe grated carrots and almond
frost inside the fridge spherical 5 minutes
