• Purple Wine Cranberry Braised Fast Ribs •

Substances:
• 2-3Lbs Fast Ribs
• Salt & Pepper
• 2 TBSP Olive Oil
• 1 Medium Sweet Onion
• 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
• Three Sprigs Of Thyme
• 4-5 Bay Leaves
• 2 Shallots (chopped)
• 4 Carrots (peeled & chopped)
• 2 Cups Sauvignon Cabernet
• 2 Cups Beef Broth
• 2 TBSP Tomato Paste
• 2 Sprigs Rosemary
• 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
• 1 Cup cranberries

Steps:
* Preheat Oven to 325 *

1. Season Fast ribs liberally with salt & pepper
2. Add olive oil to Dutch oven & Sear fast ribs on both aspect (then take away from pot)
3. Add in your onions, shallots, carrots & Garlic.. Sauté for 5-10 minutes (until onions are caramelized)
4. Add in Wine, Broth, Tomato Paste, Brown Sugar, Thyme, Rosemary & Bay leaves.. stir to combine
5. Add your Fast ribs once more in & sprinkle the cranberries on excessive
6. Cowl with lid & once more for 2 half – Three Hours
7. Take away Thyme, Rosemary & Bay Leaves
8. Serve on excessive of up to date mashed potatoes
