PB & CHOC PROBALLS aka Protein Balls

hey! once more with me and my mini meals. why am i so obsessive about mini meals๐Ÿ˜ฉ
snack to have sooner than train or in case you merely feeling like munching one factor. that’s so chewy and in addition youโ€™ll ended up with that pb aftertaste that may make you crave for further๐Ÿคค

by one of the best ways, iโ€™m not going good with captions though. anyone willingly to indicate what to jot down on captions other than recipes๐Ÿ˜‚

60gr oat quaker
1 scoop chocolate collagen protein powder sunwarrior
three tbs palm syrup
sprinkle of salt
1 flax egg (1tbs flooring flax + 2.5 tbs water)
half cup peanut butter (runnier the upper, if u dont have runny pb add a tsp of coconut oil)

mix and make mini balls, you can eat it instantly or put it in your fridge.
eat it with espresso or milk๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿป๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿป
