One pan Hen & Potatoes.. With a Garlic Parm & spinach cream sauce
* 2 Tbsp butter
* 1 Lb hen thighs, bone-in, skin-on
* 1 tsp paprika
* 2 tsp Italian seasoning
* 2 cups purple potatoes, quartered
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 medium tomatoes, diced
* 1 cup current spinach
* 1 tsp crushed purple pepper flakes
* 1 cup hen stock
* 1 cup half and half
* 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
* Salt and pepper
1.Season hen thighs with 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, to model.
2. Soften 1 tablespoon butter in an enormous skillet over medium-high heat.
3.Add hen thighs… skin-side down, and sear all sides until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side (drain additional fat and put apart on a plate).
4.Soften remaining tablespoon butter within the equivalent skillet. Add garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, then add potatoes and saute for 2 to a few minutes.
5.Stir in tomato & hen broth and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
6.Stir throughout the half-half, grated Parmesan cheese, spinach and crushed purple pepper flakes. Cut back heat to a simmer for 2 to a few minutes.
7.Return hen thighs to the skillet, pores and pores and skin side up, and simmer for 20-23 minutes, until all of the items is cooked by way of.
