it’s chilly and raining, what’s good for breakfast aside from baked oats. it’s a

– 115gr of pumpkin puree
– 90 gr of oats (i used quaker )
– 1 tsp of baking powder
– 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
– 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
– splash of vanilla extract
– 150 ml of plant based mylk
– 1tbsp of maple syrup

topping : pumpkin seed

you can also topped it with non dairy whipped cream you most likely have one. and pour dash of cinnamon on prime.

combine all collectively till the it turned the texture of pancake then pour in to your oven save bowl / ramekin. pour a splash of 1 different plant based mylk (perception me in it). put inside the oven 180C for 20 minutes
