INDONESIAN PANCAKE aka Surabi Bandung (Vegan, Gluten Free)
i miss Surabi. Surabi js actually one amongst my favorite Indonesian Meals. I don’t have surabi pan, that’s why it doesn’t look good🥲
this recipe make 18 surabi:
125 gr rice flour
75gr current coconut meat, chopped
50ml coconut water
65ml coconut milk
1tsp quick yeast
for the sauce or we often called it kinca :
three tbsp coconut milk
1tsp rice flour
2 tbsp palm syrup
mix all parts, let the batter to ferment for 1 hour. on a low medium heated pan, pour 1tbsp of batter for each surabi, cowl the pan and wait till surabi will get bubbly and dry. you don’t must flip them up.
for the kinca/sauce, you merely have to mix and put together dinner it on low med heat, do not let it boil.
