𝗯𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝘃, 𝗱𝗳)

parts:
beet brownie :
– 125gr frozen beet purée
– 100 gr cassava flour
– 2 tbs plant milk
– 1 tbs v butter, melted
– 2 tbs flaxegg
– 2 tbs darkish brown sugar
– 3/4 tsp baking powder
– half tsp baking soda

avocado frosting :
– 66gr avocado
– 24 gr pitted dates
– 20 gr cacao powder

instruction:
1. mix brownie parts
2. pour into greased oven dish
3. bake at 180 for 22 minutes or till clear when picked with toothpick
4. combine avocado frosting using your fp
5. put ontop of brownie as quickly because it’s cooled.
