Espresso Path Bread☕️
my dwelling really scent like espresso when this bread is baked. and for everyone who knew me ought to say that espresso is my most interesting buddy. my mom said this bread 10/10. the bread is moist and crumbly on the an identical time. and a very good dish to eat alongside together with your morning espresso. i suggest coFfee and occasional bread! what’s not love correct?!?!

dry substances:
125gr oat flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
half tsp baking soda
2 tsp fast espresso nescafe_indonesia
1 cup path mix

moist substances:
1 mashed banana
half cup nut butter
1 flax egg
Three tbsp olive oil (sub: coconut oil)
2 tbs palm syrup

crumble topping:
1 scoop rolled oat/fast oat
1 tbs arrowroot flour
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs palm syrup

mix dry and moist substances, do not over mix it. mix the crumbled toppings, until it combine properly. pour the batter into greased loaf, pout the toppings. bake at 175C for 38-42 minutes)
