DOUBLE CHOCO DOUGHNUT

i’ve been experimenting on doughnut presently. and that i really feel that is among the greatest one so far. the sweetness and texture is barely a superb combination.

recipe (made 6 mini doughnuts) :
– 60gr quaker oat
– 2 mini mashed bananas (spherical 63gr)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/three cup non dairy milk
– 1tsp cacao powder
– half of tsp baking soda

Glaze :
– 1 cup vegan chocolate chip
– 1tsp olive oil/coconut oil
– 1tsp water

For the doughnut:
– Preheat oven 180C
– combine altogether
– grease or spray doughnut tray with oil
– bake for 20 minutes

For the glaze
– soften the chocolate using bain marie methodology, it is best to make the most of microwave to easily microwave it for 1-2 minutes

as quickly because the doughnut chilled, dipped into the chocolate
