principally this could be a suuuuper easy and nourishing breakfast i on a regular basis make at any time when i actually really feel to lazy to prepare dinner dinner. as a govt employee, i don’t on a regular basis have time to prepare dinner dinner breakfast throughout the morning. this could be a 5 minutes breakfast you presumably can on a regular basis make when you’re in a rush.

base oats :
45gr oats
1 tbs chia seed
1 tbs palm syrup
1:1 water and plant milk

divide to 2

choco facet:
half of base oats
1 scoop of choc collagen protein sunwarrior

strawberry facet:
1 cup frozen strawberry, defrosted with 1tbs palm syrup and 1/4 cup water

toppings :
ground flax
peanut butter
vegan chocolate chip

make the underside oats, merely till all blended. divide to 2 and make chocolate oats and the strawberry oats. put facet to facet on you bowl

it is good to mix this every with a function to fashion the choc, strawberry and pb! Perception me, this fashion heavenly, esp with the melted chocolate chip🤤
