BEETAPPLE POP TARTS

iโ€™ve been cravinv pop tarts lately. no matter my sickness i felt these last few days on account of my immune went down๐Ÿ“‰ i made these pop tarts. i even made one little cutie pop tart. u see what i did thereโœจ

INGREDIENTS (Serving 2, 2 massive pop tarts, 2 mini pop tarts):

CRUST
– 80gr oat quaker made into flour
– 3.5 tbsp dairy free yoghurt
– 1 tbsp date syrup / any liquid sweetener

made the crust by combining altogether, roll it and make a rectangle the thickness should be spherical 1/4 inch.

FILLING
– half of small beet (spherical 50gr) boiled and diced
– 1 small apple, diced
– 2 tsp cinnamon powder
– 1tbsp date syrup
– 2 tbsp water

on a saucepan place the apple, water and cinnamon. stir to combine. when the apple is tender enought to smash, add inside the beet and date syrup. stirring generally and smash with the spoon or potato masher.

TOPPINGS
– 2 tbsp dairy free yoghurt
– 1tbsp date syrup
– dash of cinnamon powder

โœจ Preheat oven to 180C
โœจ Place 1tbsp of filling ontop of the crust, and shut it with one different one.
โœจ using a fork press down the sting calmly to seal them crust
โœจ Bake spherical 15 minutes
โœจ as quickly as cooled excessive with the yoghurt and dash of cinnamon
โœจ take pleasure in with warmth milk
