– salt and pepper to fashion, modify to liking

– 150 ml soy milk (you cam sub with water too)

– boiled the pasta with dash of salt til al dente
– using a blender or meals processor combine beets, garlic, water and onion.
– soak the tvp for 10 minutes then pat till dry
