mashed potato:
1 med potato, chopped
1/4 cup plant milk
1 tbs veg butter
half tsp salt

filling:
half cup dry lentil
half cup frozen pea
half cup frozen corn
half onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp white pepper
1 cup veg broth
half cup tomato purรฉe
1 tbs v worcestershire sauce
1 tbs arrowroot flour

instruction:
1. put chopped potato, dash of salt and water in large pan. ship to boil, simmer til tender
2. drain and wait to sit back. as quickly as cooled, add butter and milk. mashed until creamy
3. whereas boiling the potatoes, sautรฉ onion and garlic. add lentil and veg broth. simmer until lentils cooked.
4. add carrots, frozen pea and corn
5. add herbs, tomato purรฉe and worcestershire. stir successfully and produce to boil
6. as quickly as boiled, add arrowroot flour. stir until successfully distributed. flip off heat
7. put submitting into ovenproof dish
8. spoon mashed potato. using fork unfold out evenly
9. bake for 30-35 minutes on 200C
