i donโ€™t have muffin tray subsequently the end result doesnโ€™t seem like a muffin. model so good nonetheless moist! so moist! so good oh my๐Ÿ‘€ plus itโ€™s gluten free as i was using a cassava flour. the muffin turns moist and chewy. plus the streusel is to die for.

muffin :
– 41 gr cassava flour ladanglima.id
– 32 gr oat flour
– half of tbs baking powder
– salt
– 1 tsp pumpkin spice (1/4 tsp each of ginger, cloves, nutmeg & allspice)
– 15 gr grapeseed oil
– 1 tbs acv

cinnamon streusel :

– 20 gr oat flour
– half of tbs cornstarch
– 1 tbs brown sugar
– 1 tsp cinnamon flooring
– 1 tbs melted v margarine (i used forvita)

filling :
– vegan chocolate chip

instruction:
1. mix dry and moist components, cautious to not over mix the batter
2. mix cinnamon streusel until crumble
3. pour 1 tbs muffin batter, add filling, add one different tbs of batter
4. add streusel and press down so the streusel will comply with the batter
5. bake at 180C for 20-22 minutes
