Good morning buddies! how’s your morning? mine’s not so good🥲 it’s that unhealthy physique image kinda day. i do know this shall cross. i do understand it’s a bit when you’re attempting to get toned. your physique stays to be adapting to the model new routine. on a day like this, i usually watch lindasun films which in some way always help me when i felt completely misplaced. thanks, linda.

caramelized apple:
– 1 med apple, sliced
– 1 tbs palm syrup
– 1 tbs cinnamon flooring
– 1 tsp arrowroot flour
– 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar

Cobbler:
– 25 gr oat flour
– 1 scoop sunwarrior collagen protein
– 1/4 tsp baking soda
– half of tsp vanilla extract
– 10 gr v butter

Mango Sorbet:
– 1 ripe mangos, frozen
– 1 tbs lemon juice

Instruction:
1. make the mango sorbet night sooner than by combine all parts and let it sit inside the freeze in a single day
2. on a heated pan, make the caramelized apple till brown and put into your ramekin
3. make the cobbler, the dough must be just a little bit like pie crust.
4. roll out the dough and put ontop of caramelized apple
5. bake at 180C for 22-25 minutes or until golden
