what to do with leftover chickpea water? make a brownie out of it. zero waste, healthful. chickpea water or aquafaba really a subs of egg white. keep in mind the macarons i made remaining week? yeah that’s vegan and made out of aquafaba. shiny on the floor and however moist on the inside.

half cup aquafaba
1/Three cacao powder
half oat flour
2 tbsp brown sugar further if you happen to want it sweeter
half cup plant milk
salt
half tsp baking soda
half baking powder
1/Three nondairy choc chip

Instruction:
1. whipped aquafaba for 10 minutes or until bubbly
2. add sugar and whip till stiff
3. add cacao, oat flour, salt, baking soda & baking powder
4. whisk altogether, slowly add the milk
5. pour on a greased pan
6. bake for 12-15 minutes on 180C
